DIRECTOR

LE3 Associates SDN BHD is an interior design fit-out firm established in 2020 by

Mr Lee Yean Tee, a degree holder in Building  Surveyor, University of Malaya. 


With 18 years of hands on experience in the interiors fit-out industry, project managing for multinational Clients ranging from corporate to retail to hospitality, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and skills in leading the Team.

Pre-Construction

We will create an overall time frame after our 1st briefing by client, this is include planning stage until the project delivered.


Post-Construction

Convert the overall time frame into  detail construction schedule and keep tracking weekly in order to ensure project deliver on time.

Pre-Construction

Bill OF Quantity Provided after received the project information with budget from client.


Post-Construction

Cost control works to manage the fluctuation of costs throughout the project, we ensure the overall project cost to be monitoring weekly, if we found any potential omission or variation during construction stage, we will highlight to client immediately. No Variation work to proceed without  client’s written approval.

Pre-Construction

Analysist  and brief  client about the advantage and disadvantage of each materials and construction detail with client prior to site commencement. (Actual sample to submit for approval prior to any procurement)


To ensure all correspondent with client was proper minutes down and signed off processes for every decision making about the project. (To avoid future disagreement)


Post-Construction

Organize a regular site inspection or offsite inspection with client, to ensure client are well aware o n the site progress.


To organize a weekly meeting with client, keep them up to date information about the project.
